You are invited to join HSLS for an afternoon lecture by invited speaker, Dr. Patricia Flatley Brennan, RN, PhD, Director of the National Library of Medicine.

Dr. Brennan assumed directorship of the National Library of Medicine in August 2016. Learn more about Dr. Brennan

The National Library of Medicine is the world’s largest biomedical library. In addition, the Library coordinates a 6,500-member National Network of Libraries of Medicine that promotes and provides access to health information in communities across the United States.

The lecture will be held in Scaife Hall, University of Pittsburgh, in Lecture Room 6. Please consult Google Maps for directions and parking.
